As entrepreneurs at heart, we value initiative. Quite literally. We offer a permanent contract with a basic (but attractive) salary and an individual profit-sharing arrangement. Your TMC contract is tailor-made and takes your personal wishes and preferences into account.

Transparent costs and revenue structure

For each joint project, we negotiate your hourly rate. Based on your basic salary and other costs related to you and your project, we calculate your individual profit margin. We are always transparent about these costs and the revenu gained. We’re also very clear about the numerous ways you can increase your income by coming up with smarter solutions for your customers or finding another challenging project. At TMC, it pays to invest in your personal development - in more ways than one.

In the Benefit Shop you'll find extra flexibility – and fiscal advantages – for your earnings. You build up a personal budget from the moment you start working at TMC. In the online store you can spend this budget on whatever product you might need to increase your job satisfaction - such as holiday pay, extra leave, supplementary pension, or extra training.
