As an international organization employing people of more than 50 nationalities, it is important to us that all our Employeneurs feel comfortable in both their work and private lives. When expats move to another country for work, they face language barriers, they miss social contacts, and they have to contend with administrative formalities. So we put a lot of effort into helping new colleagues from abroad to settle in – from finding a place to live, setting up accounts and health insurance, to cultural awareness, meeting new friends and shopping tips.
Healthy employees perform better and, more importantly, they are happier. That is why we feel a responsibility to help our Employeneurs be in great shape, both physically and mentally. Each of our Employeneurs has a personal coach as part of our YOUniversity. Our special vitality program creates awareness and offers guidance on how to become more physically healthy. And we join sports events together. By sharing habits, challenges and goals, we inspire each other to become even better at what we do.

We want to collaborate with and contribute to (technological) progress in the world we work and live in. TMC Entrepreneurial Lab
One of the five pillars of Employeneurship is our TMC Entrepreneurial Lab (TEL). Within TEL, dreams become reality. New ideas usually start at one of our regular pizza sessions. Our Employeneurs are given the opportunity and means to realize their own technological innovations and to develop entrepreneurial skills. Sometimes these projects even lead to Employeneurs creating their own startup companies.

TMC FEMME | Women in tech
We strongly believe that having diverse teams is a key to success: bringing together male and female engineers, from different cultures, and from senior and junior levels. This brings different points of view into the decision-making process and results in more efficient development and innovation. Unfortunately, the representation of women in technology is still far behind. Not enough girls choose STEM fields: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. And if they do, they often do not reach their full potential. That’s why we’re so passionate about inspiring (young) women with stories of female role models.
