Business Development

• Build up your own business strategy based on your knowledge of the US market.

• Create and develop your own entity according to your aspirations and your interests.

• Develop and manage your customer portfolio.

Recruitment

• Identify and recruit the engineers and scientists who will join your team.

• Collaborate with the HRBP team to find the most suitable collaborators for TMC.

People Management

• Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching)

Finance Management

• Manage your budget and finances related to the task at hand

| What do we expect from you?

• Graduate of a Master in Business, Economics, Management or Sciences

• Your route includes the following points:

o Previous experience as a Business Manager within a consulting firm

o A first experience on the US market

• You speak English fluently.

• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team.

• Organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal as much at the level of commercial management as the management

• Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge
