| YOUR CHALLENGES?

As a Java Developer:

• You work with your team to analyze the need of different clients to help build high-performance, scalable, enterprise-grade applications;
• You are in charge of designing software architectures and provide expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to testing;
• You work closely with the UI/UX team to define the visual aspects of the applications;
• Develop new software or maintain current applications.
• Improve the current application by adding new features.

• You are an engineer, and you combine mathematical insight with software development skills in Java

• You are client-facing, and you can think conceptually and from the perspective of the client
• You are able to support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review;
• You are an out-of-the-box thinker who implements innovative and effective solutions;
• And you have excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
