News: expansion to Germany

Today, we have some exciting news to share. We are opening a new office in Stuttgart, Germany. We now have offices in 14 countries and 2,500 employeneurs worldwide, and Germany is a great next step. Operations will start immediately from Stuttgart, led by newly appointed CEO of TMC Germany South, Stamatios Stamatiadis. Stamatiadis is enthusiastic about the expansion: "TMC is committed to supporting its customers in various sectors, including the automotive and engineering sectors that are very familiar to me. I look forward to introducing TMC's unique Employeneurship model to Germany, giving German scientists, engineers and digital experts the space for their entrepreneurship and expertise."

New head of TMC Germany

Stamatiadis brings more than 23 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including more than a decade in the engineering services sector. In his previous roles, he held various leadership positions within MBtech, listed AKKA Technologies and engineering services group Endego, contributing to the significant organic growth of these organizations. Now Stamatiadis has taken on the challenge of building a new company from the ground up; our first office in Germany. We expect to have the first group of employeneurs there by the end of the year.

Ongoing growth

We have been expanding to new locations around the world since 2014 and has so far we’ve opened 26 offices in 14 countries. The expansion into Germany is an important milestone in TMC's growth, according to CEO Emmanuel Mottrie. "Our goal is to grow to 10,000 employeneurs worldwide by 2030, so that we can serve our international customers excellently with our highly skilled specialists. With customers such as Volvo Group, DAF, Mitsubishi, VDL, Bosch, Siemens and GEA, we have extensive experience in various industries. We are happy to bring this expertise to our future German customers. Germany has a unique reputation in the engineering field and we look forward to strengthening our international teams with this."

Employeneurship in Germany

Our unique model ‘Employeneurship’ is an innovative business model for highly skilled engineers, scientists and digital experts. Areas of expertise range from robotics and software to nanotechnology and data science. The model has five basic principles: individual profit sharing, personal coaching and training, a sustainable working relationship, expert communities and the Entrepreneurial Lab where employeneurs can realize their own ideas and products. Entrepreneurship, ownership, autonomy and transparency are key here. With the introduction of work entrepreneurship in Germany, we aim to attract top German talent.
