Product Owner - Predictive Maintenance

TMC Data Science is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead our Predictive Maintenance initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the development and implementation of predictive maintenance solutions, leveraging cutting-edge data science techniques and technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions that optimize equipment performance and reliability.

| YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Take ownership of the Predictive Maintenance product roadmap and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive solution development.
• Lead Agile DataOps teams in the development, testing, and deployment of predictive maintenance models and applications.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and other Product Owners to align priorities and maximize value delivery across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the Predictive Maintenance team.

| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of predictive maintenance concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven solutions, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• Experience working with data science teams and familiarity with machine learning algorithms and tools.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
