FIELD NETWORK SPECIALIST - LOS ANGELES, CA

If you are passionate about engineering and you have an Entrepreneurial Mindset, TMC USA is Seeking a Self-Motivated Field Network Specialist who thrive in fast-paced environments.

| Your challenges?

• Installation, configuration and commissioning of the final client’s products, CCTV, and other on-board 3rd party value added solutions into train.
• Deep system fault resolution across the final client’s product range.
• Service testing, analysis and troubleshooting of reported problems.
• Document and update the required reports and tickets.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance work for the final client’s solution on trains and implement a repair to ensure minimal service disruption and impact to customer.

| What do we expect from you?

• Computer Science or Electrical Engineering background degree or equivalent relevant technical experience background.
• Wireless and data network telecommunications/IT experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours at times outside normal business hours.
• Proficient administrative skills to comply with the customer specific processes and procedures, and day-to-day communication with team.
• Ability to manage and update spare parts and on-site inventory.
• Experience in working within the passenger transport industries.
• Basic knowledge of Linux based operating systems.
• Experience working with IP based networks.
• Knowledge of the mobile network landscape and technologies.
