| JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your main task are:

  • Benchmarking of technology and market directions
  • Defining targets and requirement specifications for advanced product developments
  • Cooperation with suppliers on finding the best solutions
  • Simulations and analysis to understand, dimension and optimize technical concepts
  • Supporting the development phases through risk assessment, validation, issue resolution, …
  • Cooperation with internal departments (design, analysis, purchasing, …) to design and procure proof-of-concept prototypes
  • Test definition and support to building and testing proof-of-concept prototypes
  • Test data analysis, synthesis, correlation and reporting

| WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Master’s in engineering
  • Prior experience with electric drive systems through job or education
  • Eager to learn
  • Structured
  • Interest in all aspects of R&D, from initial idea to proof-of-concept demonstration
  • You are fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus
  • Professional and clear communicator
