We are seeking a highly seasoned and accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the high-tech industry to join our dynamic team at TMC. As a key member of our organization, you will leverage your deep understanding of technological landscapes and proven track record of leading successful projects to drive transformative initiatives for our clients.

• Lead strategic project management efforts for high-tech clients, overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with client goals and industry standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient resource allocation.
• Utilize your technical expertise to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and fostering strong relationships to drive mutual success.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior project management staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth and development.

| What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on delivering complex solutions and products.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, with a strong emphasis on technology integration and implementation.
• Deep understanding of high-tech landscapes, including software development methodologies, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
