| YOUR CHALLENGES?

As the Project Manager for Global Connected Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the realization of global, multi-disciplinary, and complex projects. Working with a diverse team of project managers, product owners, architects, software developers, analysts, hardware experts, and subject matter experts, you will emphasize integration and coordination with solutions from third-party providers. Your primary responsibilities will include producing program schedules in close consultation with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, actively monitoring project progress, and addressing any deviations in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing reports and presentations on the QTCP (Quality, Timing, Cost, and Performance) aspects of the program. This role falls under the PMO department, and you will report to the PMO Manager.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and organize programs and projects, managing and delivering them within defined preconditions such as scope, quality, effort, risks, and time.
• Ensure the seamless integration of the developed applications or systems within the receiving organizations (IT operational management and Business application management).
• Manage any necessary process changes related to IT and Business, guiding their implementation throughout the program.
• Take charge of program reporting and coordination with clients and business partners.

| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• A master's degree in technical and business aspects, such as information technology, technical business administration, computer science, or engineering.
• Enthusiasm, a result-oriented pro-active attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• A minimum of 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record in handling complex, multidisciplinary technology programs/projects.
• In-depth business acumen and domain knowledge of automotive engineering and connected services.
• Familiarity with common project management frameworks like PMBoK, and preferably certified (PMI PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SAFe, PAL-e) with experience in hybrid/agile projects.
• Competencies in team building, result/customer-oriented working, persuasiveness, and decisiveness.
• Proficiency in English and related business terminology.
