Project Lead Digitization (Industry 4.0 Focus)

Lead and oversee the implementation of digital transformation projects with a specific focus on Industry 4.0 technologies.

| YOUR CHALLENGES?

As a Project Lead Digitization in our team you will be challenged with:

• Leading digitization projects from idea to implementation across full breadth (scoping, budget, timelines).
• Collaborates organization-wide from proof of concept to pilot to implementation (agile mode).
• Change management, training, communication, governance from local to global scale.
• Establish KPIs to make successes measurable. Reports to Senior management.
• Stays up to date with what the Digitization market has to offer and comes up with new ideas.
• Risk management.

| What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (10 years) in project management, with a focus on leading digital transformation projects in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including but not limited to IoT, AI, machine learning, robotics, and cloud computing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) are a plus.
