INTEGRATION ENGINEER

| Your challenges?

• Develop and uphold an integration architecture blueprint for the bank
• Assist in the integration of new applications into the existing systems and software across the organization
• Support the incorporation of new application integration technologies within the current Platform and Application Integration environment
• Define integration strategies and methodologies to expedite and reinforce project timelines
• Ensure that integration projects align with business requirements and objectives, meet end-user needs, and identify and resolve system-related challenges
• Establish standards and streamlined processes to back integration projects and initiatives while optimizing the system's topology wherever feasible
• Aid in application-related risk management in alignment with the comprehensive risk framework
• Document, monitor, and report integration performance and software quality metrics

| What do we expect from you?

• University degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combined with relevant experience in a similar position
• Five or more years of experience in both IT and business/industry, including expertise in data/platform architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and successful implementation of the aforementioned elements
• Proficiency in maintaining an application capability landscape
• Experience aligning application capabilities with business requirements
• Ability to apply architectural principles to develop effective business solutions
• Proficient in assimilating and correlating disparate documentation and blueprints
• Experience in modeling application processes using various tools and techniques
• An Agile mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Capacity to work with minimal guidance, particularly in complex projects
• Proficiency in different programming languages (API, XML, MS SQL knowledge) with hands-on experience
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Strong team player with persuasive communication and soft skills
• Ethical approach to cross-departmental collaboration and work
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Prior experience in the banking or financial industry
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Knowledge of Luxembourgish, French, or German is advantageous
