DEVOPS ENGINEER

| Your challenges?

• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the design and deployment of applications prioritize security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain the CI/CD pipeline, automating the software delivery process and enhancing the existing DevOps framework.
• Implement and oversee automated testing tools to ensure the quality of software releases.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics and logs to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource utilization.
• Facilitate the migration of the current on-premise DevOps toolset to the cloud environment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the hosting infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Create and manage infrastructure as code to automate the provisioning and deployment of resources, taking into consideration the University's overall IT infrastructure when implementing changes and improvements.
• Author and update technical documentation to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date information availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users, providing prompt technical support when needed.

| What do we expect from you?

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in delivering cloud-based and hybrid DevOps solutions.
• Mastery of the Git version control system and proficient understanding of various branching strategies.
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps and its associated tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in building and deploying both .NET and Java applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of automation tools.
• Extensive knowledge of application monitoring and profiling tools and techniques.
• Extensive background in code quality analysis, including static code analysis, utilizing tools like SonarQube.
• Experience with automated testing tools and techniques, including Selenium.
