Computer Vision Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Vision Consultant to join our TMC Data Science team. As a Computer Vision Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating innovation, leading teams, and guiding junior members to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge computer vision solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying computer vision algorithms and models to solve complex business problems across various industries.

| YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique computer vision needs and requirements, and translate them into innovative solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and development of advanced computer vision algorithms, models, and systems that meet client objectives and drive business outcomes.
• Implement and optimize computer vision solutions using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Conduct thorough research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision and related fields, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and techniques.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enabling them to deliver high-quality work.
• Analyze and interpret computer vision results, identifying areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions, and continuously refining the algorithms and models.
• Present findings, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and machine learning, demonstrated through successful project implementations and research.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with experience in implementing computer vision algorithms.
• Deep expertise in popular computer vision libraries and frameworks, such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and a proven ability to leverage these tools effectively.
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques for computer vision tasks, with a focus on innovation and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
• Familiarity with image and video analysis, object detection, segmentation, and tracking, and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and data augmentation methods, ensuring the quality and integrity of training data.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading teams, guiding and mentoring junior members, and driving project success.
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus, showcasing your ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
