CLEAN UTILITIES ENGINEER - USA

| Your challenges?

As a Clean Utilities Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clean utilities systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, installation, qualification, and maintenance of clean utilities systems, including but not limited to purified water, clean steam, compressed air, and nitrogen.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for clean utilities systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clean utilities systems are integrated and function properly with other systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA, GMP, and other relevant standards.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders on clean utilities systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot any issues related to clean utilities systems, and develop and implement solutions to mitigate and prevent future occurrences.
• Manage contractors and vendors for clean utilities projects and activities.
• Participate in site inspections and audits as needed.

| What do we expect from you?

The minimum required skills for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining clean utilities systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements related to clean utilities systems.
• Experience with clean utilities system qualification and validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
