BUSINESS MANAGER

| Your challenges ?

As a Business Manager at TMC, your role is to strive for operational excellence in the following areas :

o Business Development :

• Management and development of your entity ;
• Definition of your commercial strategy and its implementation ;
• Development and retention of your customers ;
• Negotiation and contractualization of won projects.

o Recruitment :

• Identification and recruitment of future employees who will join your team.

o People Management :

• Management of your team of consultants (career management, follow-up and coaching).

o Financial Management :

• Administering your profit center autonomously.

| What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

• You have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience within an engineering consulting company
• You are strongly networked in either of the following industries: Hi-Tech, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Banking & Finance or Life Sciences and have a good track record of developing profitable & sustained business within those industries ;
• You have the organizational skills to source, recruit & manage teams of consultants to support customers by implementing the appropriate business models, if necessary, with the help of the Talent Acquisition Department ;
• You can sell and/or cross-sell services in engineering (Mechanical, E/E, Quality, Documentation), IT & Digital, SW & HW Development, Business Analysis etc. within the above-mentioned or other relevant industries ;
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills to win over new business ;
• You are fluent in French and English

• You are organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal as well at the level of the commercial management as of the management ;
