BUSINESS ANALYST FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

| Your challenges?

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gain insights into requirements, interdependencies, and priorities;
• Develop business process designs tailored to each solution;
• Design the flow of activities within the business processes;
• Generate visual representations of the user interface through mock-ups;
• Prepare requirement specifications and craft user stories;
• Assist the development team in refining user stories and gather necessary information throughout the development process;
• Create test plans to ensure comprehensive testing;
• Deliver product demonstrations;
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing;
• Organize and compose end user documentation in a structured manner.

| What do we expect from you?

• Possess over five years of industry expertise in business analysis;
• Demonstrated track record in delivering solutions using agile methodologies;
• Proficient in utilizing the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and relevant process modeling tools;
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
