The Entrepreneurial Lab (TEL) is the superlative of Employeneurship. We provide room to experiment and room to play. The Entrepreneurial Lab is a space where Employeneurs can cooperate in multi-disciplinairy teams across the boundaries of their day-to-day restrictions to make their innovative dreams come true. We create technology based solutions that solve real problems or contribute to societal challenges. The term Employeneurship might sound unfamiliar. It’s because we invented it. Not just as a word, but as a way of working, a paradigm even. Employeneurship is about thinking and acting like an entrepreneur, with the added security of employment.
As TMC we are very proud of our TEL projects. One of those is a project based on the combination of technology and art of the team of 3Beam. It will be shown at this year’s GLOW International Light Art Festival at our very own High Tech Campus.
During this inspiration session you will get to know more about the Entrepreunerial Lab, Viktor Baukh will talk about the story of 3Beam and we are going to visit the GLOW festival at the High Tech Campus together.
