SYSTEM ENGINEER

| Your challenges?

As a business analyst you will mainly be in charge of developing and enhancing the company TMS system. You will also work on users support, maintenance and improvement TMS by the company users.

• Management of IT tickets
• Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Citrix Remote access solutions
• Firewall management would be considered as an asset
• Experience with virtualization programs (VMware)
• Linux systems
• Experience with Antivirus solutions
• Being the POC for IT relevant matters
  
  

| What do we expect from you?

• You have degree in Computer science , IT or project management
• You are fluent in English & French
• Position based in Luxembourg, no remote possible
• ITIL certification would be an asset
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to prioritize, fast learner
