SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

| Your challenges?

• Managing a certain project from A to Z
• Developing and leading the team
• Identify and resolve issues that arise
• Coordinate the different stakeholders (i.e technical teams, architects and operating teams)
• Develop and deliver progress reports to customer and management
• Take responsibility for all aspects of project budget management

| What do we expect from you?

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in IT project management within Cloud, Network and Security solutions.
• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Information Technology with a focus on project management
• A certification (CSM – PRINCE2 – CPMP …)
• Strong communication skills in English and French - both written and verbally
• Strong analytical skills
• Be recognized for your ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
