| Your challenges?

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be instrumental in providing expert advice and implementing best practices within the sphere of Mechanical Engineering. Your role is crucial for enhancing our work processes, including Maintenance, Incident & Emergency Response (IER), Operational Procedures (OP), Improvement Processes (IP), Turnarounds, and projects. Your goal will be to ensure the maximum reliability and integrity of our installations at optimal costs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Offer expert guidance in Mechanical Engineering to improve and maintain the company's manufacturing processes.
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of maintenance strategies, emergency responses, operational improvements, and project management.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the reliability and integrity of our installations while managing costs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

| What do we expect from you?

Skills

• Completion of an HBO course in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably within the chemical process industry, will set you apart.
• You should prioritize safety above all and feel a strong sense of responsibility for your work. Taking initiative and owning your decisions is key.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to tackle various challenges as they arise.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills are essential. You must be able to work collaboratively within teams, demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities.
