TMC Enschede answer to increasing need for technical professionals
April 1 2019, TMC will open a new office in Enschede. TMC is already present in the other cityies with a technical university. Therefore Enschede is a logical addition to Eindhoven and Delft. On top of that TMC already services several customers in the region. “By opening this office we are able to strengthen the relationship with our customers and the technical professionals of the future in this region”, Ronald van Gerwen, CEO TMC Netherlands explains.
Oost NL: “TMC is a perfect match because of its expertise
and entrepreneurial dna"
“Because we are already involved with customers in the east of The Netherlands, we are able to see how it is growing. Clearly we want to meet the increasing need for talented technical people that comes with that growth. Already in 2016 we started the conversation with Oost NL. According to them TMC is a perfect match because of our expertise and entrepreneurial dna." Van Gerwen especially sees opportunities for TMCz in the areas of nanotechnology and smart manufactering. But TMC is also experienced in Food, Health and Energy, focus areas of the region.
Building the region together
Daniel Aydin will be leading TMC Enschede. Daniel has a background as an intermediair for technical professionals and really knows the region. So he knows what the market needs: “Twente is a region with a strong technological character and is dealing with scarcity of resources like the rest of The Netherlands. I have decided to join TMC because they are able to match the needs of technical professionals and clients perfectly because of their unique employement model. To really help people along in their career, that appeals to me enormously. And if people develop, the organizations for which they work perform better. That is why I am convinced that we can help our current and future client maintain and even improve their level of performance. It is my personal ambition to continue to build this region together.”
