High-tech consultancy organization TMC is one of the best-managed companies in the Dutch (medium-sized) large companies this year. Deloitte announced this last April 15th. The qualification is part of Deloitte's Best Managed Companies program.

TMC is one of the 21 Best Managed Companies to have emerged from the BMC process. Deloitte evaluates the participating companies based on four themes, namely strategy, culture, business operations and finance. For each theme best practices were defined, and participants at various levels in the organization were questioned through questionnaires. These best practices were then discussed with each individual participant during an interactive session. In this way both the internal and external company profile are mapped out. The program is aimed at medium-sized and large Dutch companies that have a turnover of at least fifty million euros, hold a leading (Tier 1) or innovative (disruptive) position in the relevant market segment or industry, and have their management based in the Netherlands.

Because everyone was involved and informed timely, we have come out of the crisis stronger despite the impact on our industry. If you are then rewarded by being included in Deloitte's list of Best Managed Companies, that feels like a crowning of our work. We are very proud of this," said Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO of TMC.
