Press release: TMC Group changes organizational structure
With the future in mind TMC has made a number of significant changes to its organizational structure. By doing so, the next big step has been taken with regard to the international expansion of TMC.
The ambition to put TMC on the map internationally is given an added boost with the appointment of Emmanuel Mottrie to the Management Board from 15 October. In the Management Board Emmanuel Mottrie will, as CEO TMC International, be responsible for the further international expansion.
With the introduction of a country structure within the TMC Group, Ronald van Gerwen will be appointed CEO for the Netherlands. Whereby he will be given overall responsibility for all TMC's business cells in the Netherlands.
The current responsibilities of Thijs Manders as CEO and Rogier van Beek as CFO will not change, except for the international expansion also being taken up by them as an additional task.
