La gestion des incidents afin d'assurer le fonctionnement normal des services en minimisant les effets sur le business, assurant ainsi les meilleurs niveaux de disponibilité et de qualité possibles.

Suivre et coordonner les acteurs de la résolution des incidents et des demandes.
Identifier, enregistrer, documenter et classifier l’ensemble des incidents critiques rencontrés.
En présence d’incident ayant un impact majeur et durable sur les métiers, gérer la cellule de crise en impliquant les experts et managers IT nécessaires.
Gérer les conflits de ressources et les priorités.
Suivre et planifier les maintenances en collaboration avec la DSI
Participer à l’amélioration continue du processus de gestion des incidents pour en améliorer l’efficacité.
Vous avez une bonne culture IT et une première expérience sur des fonctions similaires.
Certification ITIL et bon niveau d'anglais souhaités.
Un grand sens du service client est nécessaire.
