During an evening program current developments as well as outstanding technological challenges in the area of offshore wind power will be discussed. The program will be chaired by Harald van de Mijle Meijer (TNO wind energy), and there will be contributions by Professor Gijs van Kuik (TU Delft) and Dr. Ernst van Zuijlen (TKI wind-op-zee).
17.30 Introduction by Harald van de Mijle Meijer
17.45 Prof. Gijs van Kuik
19.30 Ernst van Zuijlen
Harald van der Mijle Meijer did a Masters degree in Materials Science before working for the Royal Netherlands Navy on materials and corrosion research for maritime and offshore applications.
