The world of Field Service is far from simple. Machines and production lines need to operate at all times. Idleness means losing money. Abroad, these production lines often operate under normal conditions far from normal.

Many Dutch machine producers acquire big and complex assignments in less known areas. These contracts bring commercial possibilities. The downside is the risks are involved during the actual installation and delivery at the foreign customer’s location.

Many of our relations focus on the introduction or the improvement of field service and site management. We notice a need for information on this type of skill.

With pleasure that we invite you to take part in the second edition of the event Meet the Service Manager.

During an interactive session, we will present the basic principles of successful field service and site management and, above all, provide a platform to exchange your experiences with colleagues.

Amongst other things, the event Meet the Service Managers discusses business models in a service environment and the ways to optimize them.
