Invitation to meet the service manager
The Field Service world is far from straightforward. Professional knowledge is obvious: where would we be without it? Machines and production lines need to be operational at all times: standstill means decline. On top of this, in a very international environment, this needs to be done in areas where not everything is available and in circumstances that are not exactly ideal.
Mainly because of economic growth outside Europe, many Dutch machine producers get ever larger and more complex assignments, usually in unknown areas. This opens up many possibilities, but also means new control risks, mainly during the installation and delivery at the foreign customer’s location.
This is why many of our partners are now looking around for manners of introducing or improving field service and site management. We also see a demand for additional information and knowledge in this work field.
Therefore it is a great pleasure to invite you to take part in the Meet the Service Manager event!
By means of an interactive session for and by a group of service managers, working in machine building, we will give insight into the basic principles of successful field service and site management, and, most importantly, offer a platform on which to share your experiences with colleagues.
In this session we will discuss various statements, like:
Scaling up within a service and installation group / creating a service installation pool comes at the cost of one’s quality
The service engineer is the future sales engineer
We look forward to welcoming you!

About TMC Field Service & International Site Management
The assignments we carry out for our customers vary from installation, maintenance and testing to finding solutions for disorders. One of TMC Field Service’s real core activities is site management, and the final responsibility that comes with it. On top of that, our Employeneurs are working on the complete installation of new machine parks. Working internationally characterizes us: whether it concerns a building materials plant in India, a mine pump installation in Madagascar or a solar cel factory in China, our Employeneurs can be counted on, night and day.
A devision of TMC (650 employees), International Site Management takes care of the practical management of the machine building installation of production and machine line projects for machine builders and final producers. This is done in a turn-key manner from the engineering phase up till delivery, by complete management or by project supply of site managers and site supervisors for parts of the project.
Enrolment is by email: firstname.lastname@example.org . Next you will receive a confirmation and directions to Vanderlande. Parking is easy and free of charge.
