TMC Software is recruiting in Portugal!
TMC Software is focusing on Portugal to conduct an Online Recruitment Event to recruit the most talented software engineers.
As a TMC Software back-end developer, you are responsible of the execution of customer projects within your technical specialization and your career development. You will have a wide range of opportunities to develop yourself, such as; training budget, coaching, network development, etc.
With regard to the projects, our main focus is on in-house and external software development at High Tech companies such as: Philips, ASML, Vanderlande and many more. You will be working on complex software projects for complex systems, developing new features, proof of concepts and production software. To give you a better picture, we are mainly active in the following domains: High-Tech Machinery, Mobility, Research, Consumer Electronics and Medical software.
| Who are we looking to recruit?
You have experience with:
- Java / Spring boot / Hibernate.
Or you have experience with:
- C# / Rest.API’s / Microservices.

Once you passed our initial screening, you will receive a link to an online software assessment. The top performers will receive an invitation for an online video call session with one of the business managers. The best candidates will be invited for a second interview with the software cell director. Once you are selected, you are offered a tailored contract specified to your experience. The start-date will be determined specifically.
This offer will entail:
- A permanent contract from the start.
- A good salary.

- Individual profit sharing of your contribution to the projects.
The interviews will take place in the first two weeks of April.
