In the role of senior mechatronics development engineer you are able to have a good overview of complex control and dynamic systems, preferably is a high speed high precision equipment area. You have experience in product development and you are an expert in model predictive control. You know how to use tooling to realize stable feedback control and advanced feedforward filters into equipment. Next to that you are a natural leader, aligning the project team behind your designs in a professional and motivational way. You are able to think in solutions and enjoy solving multi-disciplinary challenges. Coaching the mechanical and mechatronics team will also be a part of your job. Naturally this requires very good analytic skills and a “can do” mentality.


• MSc or PhD in control systems.
• Knowledge of control theories, mechanical engineering and systems engineering in general.
• Pro-active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Hydraulic knowledge is absolutely preferred.
• Willingness to travel now and then to Asia.
