| Your challenges?

As a Project Manager you like to manage the process of development of high-tech equipment, scientific experimentation or process development. With your technical background and expertise, you understand the technical concepts and with your management skills you understand how to make a team come to the right results.

You will work in a smart and dynamic way, with an eye for precision as you manage stakeholders, budgets and the people reporting to you. You can set up a project from scratch, help to select the correct people for the job and dive a project all the way to a good conclusion. In the process, you maintain the morale of your team and keep stakeholders and engineers motivated to support the project. 

| What do we expect from you?

Our perfect candidate has:

  • Background knowledge in (Applied) Physics, process engineering or material science;
  • Proven Project Management skills, with preferably a project management certificate from a standardized institute (IPMA, PMP, Prince2 or similar)
  • Affinity with (and preferably experience in) at least one or more of the following fields:
    • Vacuum systems;
    • Optical setups;
    • Measurement systems;
    • Cleanroom;
    • Semicon processes (deposition, etching, lithography etc.);
    • High tech production environments;
    • Medical products;
    • Other state-of the art technical processes or technologies
  • A feel for people, teams and technology development;
  • Communication in English is obligatory, speaking Dutch is an advantage.
