PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

| Your challenges?

  • You assist according to the project management process the setup of the acceleration program (documentation / project numbers / ticketing)
  • You are responsible to log and perform a structured follow-up actions defined within the EMS Acceleration program
  • You organize key meetings as per request of the design authority office
  • You are in charge for Program/Project Status Reporting: metrics/narrative status reporting, client SLA/KPI, review variances, trend analysis
  • You support communication plan (Power Points, Videos, newsletter,…) with communication professionals. This includes the development of several key presentations within the year (traditional rate: 1 to 2 per Month)
  • You are responsible to take minutes from major meetings such as design authority meetings and stakeholders meetings.
  • You align on Resource management: demand/supply tracking, manage onboarding/offboarding, resource tracking & reporting for the program.
  • You help colleagues anticipate & plan their actions, when it is related to the present mission (confer above: structured follow-up actions, align on resource management, take minutes from major meetings…).
  • You work with procurement team to approve vendor requests based on given thresholds
  • You support Energy Management System related offerings with Sales director. This can be extended to any digital offerings performed by the Digital Business Line.
  • You support the Sales director on KPI setup / follow-up/ Dashboarding related to the Digital Business Line and segment.
  • You propose improvement actions of any kind that could be beneficial for the course of the EMS program
