As a Local Project Manager you are responsible for the planning, budget and quality of multidisciplinary projects that are being built worldwide. As a Local Project Manager you are expected to be able to manage all sorts of projects with multidisciplinary teams.
You will be responsible for managing and following-up on partners and suppliers while maintaining the contractual strategy throughout the ongoing project.
In addition, you will be responsible for the compliance in health and safety matters during the installation and start-up of the project.

You will also be coordinating the customer support and quality assurance during the installation guarantee period.

  • Financial Management
  • Progress, Planning and Coordination
  • Facilitating technical solutions in conjunction with Engineering and R&D
  • Monitoring and managing expectations.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks


During the preparation phase, you will provide a realistic installation plan to make sure that key targets like time, budget, quality, safety and functionality are achieved. In the realisation phase, you will have overall responsibility for all site installation businesses in close co-operation with your multi-disciplinary site-based team. This team consists of site managers, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and local staffing who work together in an international setting to successfully execute our projects and ensure our customers are satisfied. You will manage all site related HR issues, local labour and local costs regarding budget and contracts. You will report directly to the project director.
