| Your challenges?

Additional workload for hardware engineering due to current roadmap and shortages of components and additional work for OHC

On the basis of his/her professional specialisation, makes a substantial contribution to the innovation of product and process. Develops new products, using the latest technologies and resources, often realising systems based on unverified specifications.

Your challenge

As an electronic hardware Engineer your challenge is to develop robust and reliable designs in high volume products.

Your responsibilities

  • Design of electronic modules for PH products, primary for the Male Grooming business.
  • Translate technical requirements into product concepts and electronic designs.
  • Ensure proper documentation for the developed products and followed processes
  • Design and test the modules or components, to ensure reliable, efficient, and user-friendly products
  • Understand and communicate boundaries of proposed designs and architecture on the electronic product roadmap
  • Draw up personal schedule and report on progress, as well as contribute to the planning process of the hardware and/or other subsystem
  • Contribute to the estimation of the required development effort and run-time resources.

| What do we expect from you?

  • You have a Bachelor degree or Master degree in hardware engineering.
  • You have multiple years working experience in developing hardware ( battery charging systems, step down & step up converters, SMPS ) for high volume consumer products and having a thorough understanding of modern hardware engineering tools, methods, processes.
  • You like working in multidisciplinary teams and are able to communicate very well with different (international) people;
  • You have a pro-active attitude and high quality mindset towards your assignment;
  • Technically, you are an expert in your area, able to develop own ideas and stand up for their feasibility.
