DESIGN CONTROLS ENGINEER - UNITED STATES, VARIOUS LOCATIONS

| Your challenges?

As a Design Controls Engineer you will:

• Understand the design of complex systems that integrate electrical controls hardware, programming and software to estimate complete controls solutions for customers.
• Complete complex material specification, able to read and comprehend schematics and PLC programs and appropriate follow-up of technical details.
• Identify and resolve more complex problems and apply problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
• Provide general guidance or training support for professional staff.
• Perform complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of production to system design.
• Travel 10% - 20% to different customer locations across the United States.

| What do we expect from you?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role:

• Must be located within the US with a valid work authorization
• Strong Communication Skills
• 5-8 years in related field (controls engineer and material handling)
• Experience in designing and commissioning automated material handling systems, including electrical design, PLC, HMI, drive and motion controls

Will also be highly valued in this recruitment process:

• Experience demonstrating the ability to determine requirements from customers while selling our ideas
• Ability to manage numerous opportunities and deadlines
