Fifth anniversary of TMC International!
Today it is already five years ago that TMC International was established. A big milestone which we cannot let pass unnoticed!
TMC was founded in 2000 in Eindhoven, focusing on software engineers in the beginning. Later, this was expanded to more technical specializations. By making sure to only hire the best qualified Employeneurs, TMC has developed itself to an important knowledge partner for the biggest high-tech companies in the world.
We decided that our successful formula would work abroad as well. So, we expanded to other countries to allow more engineers to benefit from TMC as an employer. Next to that, we hereby maintained TMC’s growth without losing focus on the high-tech sector or compromising on quality. In this way, our company was given a new boost and maintained the quality level of the Employeneurs. Additionally, the foreign markets offer a lot of technical potential which we wanted to add to our portfolio. “We are proud of the achievements in the last five years. We now have twenty offices in ten countries worldwide. And more importantly, we hired many new talented Employeneurs and we work with multiple interesting clients,” says Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO of TMC.

The first international office was opened in Belgium. This was soon followed by two offices in France, in Paris and Rennes. Lucie Orognen was hired in 2016 to make TMC excel in international growth. “When I started working at TMC five years ago, the goal was clear; focus on the international development of TMC and actively support its teams in order to become the international company that we are today. I am happy to say that is a great adventure to be part of and an exciting challenge. I enjoy working side by side with the teams worldwide, in the good but also in the difficult times. I am so proud of the progress and achievements we have made so far,” says Lucie Orognen.
What makes TMC unique is its Employeneurship-model, which puts people in the center of everything. But the culture within the company is evenly important! Down to earth, hardworking, being there for each other and the ‘Brabantse gezelligheid’ (translated as: Brabant: province in the south of the Netherlands, where Eindhoven is located. Gezelligheid: cannot be properly translated, something like cozy, pleasant, enjoyable, homely) are central in the companies’ culture. “We want everyone in our company to experience these core values, whether they are in the Netherlands, Italy, Dubai or Canada,” explains Emmanuel.

In the next years, TMC International will focus on expanding its services in the existing offices. “We are curious to see what the next five years will bring us. We are excited to look for new opportunities and continue our international development,” adds Lucie. To be continued...
